Rent vs Value

1) Apartment directly on Franklin Turnpike constant noise from traffic. All size vehicles from motor cycles to semi trucks. Forced to keep the windows closed. Very poor 2) Apartment extremely hot in direct sunlight most of the day no shade. Cannot enjoy the balcony. Very poor 3) The history of this apartment I had to battle a rodent infestation for four months. In addition to spiders and centipedes. Extremely poor Conclusion from just these three items and there are more, the rent increase is not worth the value of this apartment.

Property value

The amount of money we pay for rent doesn't add up to the quality of the apartment. The parking is terrible and the apartments are outdated and falling apart. The staff is so amazing and kind and that is what keeps me here only.

An excellent value

The area is so nice and the units are well maintained even if they're not brand new. Maintenence is always prompt and responsive and the office staff is always helpful. Love this apartment.
