Good apartment, no dishwasher and in a flood zone

Apartment is nice and maintinence is very helpful and responsive. It is in a flood zone which increases risk, but the apartment seems well built. The only things I would want that the apartment doesnt have are a dishwasher and cheeper washer/dryers, but both are minor.

I’m in my 2nd year lease in this apartment and i enjoy it. Other than occasional noise from neighboring tenants and lack of extra guest parking, it is a great location and a great space for the cost! I do sometimes have an issue with backed up water in my bathroom sink though. Overall i am happy!
