Residence as recently acquired by your company. Prior owners did not care about property maintenance so the property has not been maintained. I am hoping that your company is committed to securing a safe, clean, and well managed residency.

Has potential, depends on mngt tho.

Terrible old management company, struggled to keep the place working while were also difficult to communicate with. Fix the issues (garage door, intercom, along with fixing in apartment issues) in a reasonable amount of time and id be much happier.
