Loud with no service response

Neighbors are often loud, have had to confront them several times near midnight and AFTER midnight to get them to quiet down. Also, sent in several tickets for ac units that smell of mold and need filter replacements, no response from maintenance, have been dealing with the heat without ac.

Improvement

I’ve moved in October and I love everything about this place. The only issue I have is that the parking is a little far and also when it rains it’s floods everything. Which forces you to take a longer route to the house. if there was a walkway leading all the way to the parking lot and not just towards the park that would be a great improvement. But everything this else here is amazing a I love the new bike installment !
