The buildings may be new, but they’re extremely cheaply constructed, and the paper-thin walls make it impossible to enjoy any peace. The community is loud and constantly disrupted by teenagers who treat the property and shared spaces like a frat house, complete with drinking games and late-night noise. Management does little to enforce lease terms or address ongoing disturbances, and the staff rarely step in until things have already escalated several times. Noise issues happen daily, police are here regularly, and there’s zero respect for families or elderly residents living on-site. People also abuse the free parking situation, sometimes leaving no room for residents. Overall, it’s poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the price. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere.
