Over priced for the area

I have lived here since November of 23. This place is extremely over priced for the area. The complex is next to a small strip of the town. The pricing is on pat with areas like somerville and morristown. Vibrant areas with lots to do. That is just accounting for the rent they nickel and dime you on all amenities(500 for a pool that will have limited time frames it will be open, 50 for parking in the complex where they can barley keep up with trash pick up outdoors) as well as trash pick up from your door a mandatory cost. It's nice for new construction but will be actively looking for a new residence come the end of my lease agreement as I'm sure my rent will go up at the end of my lease.
