Can do alot better with upgrades and overall grounds

It’s home now, I think everyone would rather have their own home one day.

My interactions with Elena are wonderful. She’s helpful,, understanding, just simply the best. I’ve never had a problem with the maintenance crew, although I haven’t had too many interactions. The location of the apartments are perfect. It is in the epicenter of where my child goes to school and where I work. Stores are within walking distance, although the Ravine Drive/Aberdeen Road intersection can really use some help in terms of sidewalks and safety. Amenities are negative. The dryers don’t dry. The pool consistently has issues with cleaning, pump issues, or lifeguard staffing. There used to be a mini playground, but injuries and insurance as it is, it was taken down. Parking is sticky. Some people are just not nice and will park their cars as close to yours as possible knowing full well you have a child. Heat is an issue. The official email stated that the problem with the apartment being 64 degrees was because everybody was using the heat at the same time. Interesting explanation. It also stated that our safety was of their primary concern, so we should wear a sweater. Pricewise, comparing this with apartments in the area, it is reasonable. Reasonable is an interesting word right now in Monmouth. 2000-2200 a month is reasonable, but the company that owns the apartment complex has recently raised my rent 8% for the next year. There is nothing in the way legally or in the municipality that would stop them from raising it even more for next year. Because of this, it is possible to find a home on a 30 year mortgage for the same monthly amount of rent. It would seem more reasonable and more fair if landlords were to give out rents that would compete with monthly mortgage rates. When I first started, the rates were amazing with what I was given. In just a couple years that has changed. I am thankful to have this place called home for a while, but I don’t see myself, trusting that my rent will remain the same, and any of the amenities improving.

Heat was so bad this year to save tou money in your pocket when we pay for water turn the water up in the units in all the treehavens because we have friend that thy are ready to call the town. Turn it all up

It is great living here been here for a year

I have lived here for about 7 years and I love it, any issues I have I call Elaina at the office and she gets someone out in a timely manner and has come out herself on occasions to check out issues I have had. Maintenance team is great and always there to help.
