How is The Link at Aberdeen Station different from other rental communities?
Conveniently located next to the Aberdeen-Matawan train station, The Link at Aberdeen Station offers brand-new apartments with a modern design and an impressive collection of lifestyle amenities. The Link puts you within easy access to NYC and NJ’s popular shore points. In addition, The Link boasts onsite retail space coming Spring 2018.

 

Do you offer complimentary parking on site?
Yes, one complimentary parking space is offered within the cost of your rent. Additional parking is available, just ask!

 

How much is the application fee?
Free! We are currently waiving our application fee, which is typically $100 per applicant.

 

Are you currently offering any monetary incentives?
To celebrate the grand opening of our community, renters who lease now can enjoy up to 2 months of rent-free living when they sign a 26-month lease. Or, sign a 13-month lease and receive one month free. Be sure to ask us about these exciting incentives and eligibility details, but don’t wait! They are subject to change at any time.

 

What is the Pet Policy?
Our community welcomes both cats and dogs, with a maximum allowance of two pets per apartment. We do have a weight limit of 40lbs and have certain breed restrictions.

 

Is grilling allowed in the community?
Grilling stations and picnic tables are available for resident use near our outdoor heated swimming pool. Grilling is not permitted on apartment balconies per the township’s fire code.

 

What is the availability of other amenities within this community?
An exclusive gated community, The Link at Aberdeen Station offers an exciting collection of features and amenities that have been customized to enhance your active lifestyle. Unwind in style and socialize with neighbors in “The Hangout”, our resident lounge featuring billiards, board games, a kitchen area, flat screen TV, a laptop bar and a private conference room. Or work towards your fitness goals in our state-of-the-art gym featuring commercial-grade Precor equipment.

 

Do you offer any additional services for resident convenience?
  • TRANSIT SCREEN - Transit Screen is a technology that continuously updates your options for transit, uber and nearby stores and restaurants as it relates to our community. This is displayed on a screen within the clubhouse and can also be viewed on a mobile app on residents’ cell phones.
  • VALET TRASH SERVICE offers ultra-convenient trash disposal to our residents. Trash and recyclables will be retrieved from outside your apartment door in the evening Sunday-Thursday.
  • ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATIONS – We offer 2 charging stations (charging rate is displayed) within our community 24/7 for your convenience.

 

How do I pay my rent?
For your convenience we accept electronic payments through our online resident portal, so you can pay instantaneously from anywhere, anytime. Alternatively, a check can be mailed to our corporate office.

 

Do you have onsite maintenance?
Yes! The Link offers 24-hour onsite emergency maintenance. Non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted through our online resident portal or by calling the leasing office.

 

May I reserve an apartment?
Absolutely! To reserve an apartment, we require a $500 certified check made payable to “Aberdeen Plaza Station Urban Renewal, LLC”. This payment will effectively take the apartment off the market until you’re ready to move in. Once your application is approved, the $500 reservation fee is then credited towards your first month’s rent.
