I've lived here 6 years. One of the big selling points for me was the pool, which was under renovation when I moved in. It was reopened the following year for 2 weeks and then never reopened. That's been the biggest disappointment along with the fact that for the entire time I have lived here there has been no from door buzzer. In the last year the Front Office staff has made change in personnel and is a significant improvement!!!! The maintenance staff has always been terrific; efficient and super friendly. The support team has been equally good. Over all my tenancy here has been good. I like my building and my apartment. It's location near 95 and the setting is somewhat woodsy, but close enough to the beach that missing the pool is disappointing, but ok. As far as amenities are concerned, they are very basic. A hoops court, a swing set/ play area for kids, which is nice. I ride a bike and the "bike stands" are flimsy at best - temporary and easily moved, not anchored. No other outdoor amenities to speak of. The lawns are kept trimmed with basic landscaping, the parking lot is well maintained. As is the laundry room.
