65 Sullivan Street

So far, not the best experience. The landlords don't communicate with their maintenance supervisor or their contractor. It took 3 months to get a door for the second bedroom, and it clearly isn't a new door. The landlords were told our door was already installed when it wasn't. We have been waiting just as long for windows for the porch that were supposedly ordered on back order, that the contractor says haven't been ordered at all, which poses a risk for the upcoming winter and snow getting on the porch which we can no longer use as additional storage. There is no vent or fan in the bathroom, which is probably a violation of some kind, so every shower causes the whole room to become damp, even with the door or window open. The driveway needs maintenance that we won't even bother asking about. If at all possible, we will not be renewing our lease.

This is a nice one bedroom with a lot of good features, spacious, good layout, lots of light, situated in a quaint renovated historic New England milltown. The building and town have lots of character. The management has beed good and courteous. It is all around a pretty decent place to live.
