Get copies of everything you sign!!!!!

The agent that we started the lease takeover process quit a few days after telling us that she had submitted all of our paperwork and cleared me to move in. It wasnt until after i had moved in that the complex told me nothing at all had been signed and that the paperwork is missing. Get everything in writing with apt signed copies and triple check before moving in, shady office practices.

dirty gutters

It would be nice if someone clean the gutters out over at the 3935 N 110th Plaza building.

Probably Best to Avoid

Probably one of the worst places I've lived. Full disclosure we live in a townhome and we still have half our lease left. We moved in June 2020 and didn't have a working kitchen sink/dishwasher for 20 days after moving in. We called multiple times until it got to the point where we had to wash dishes in our bathroom, then we started calling multiple times a day. Next our furnace would not work. Turns out whomever put it in spliced it together enough to make it seemed like it was working, clearly no one does any type of inspection on "RENOVATED" townhouses before move in. We still don't have an estimated time for our new furnace, luckily its only October and not too cold yet. Now, during our furnace fiasco, our shower goes out. We switched shower heads and have turned it on without a shower head at all, works without one, but not with one. We haven't been able to bathe in our townhome for 2 days now,, who knows when they'll get to it. Also side note, the tub stopper doesn't work so we can't take a bath either. So much for a renovated townhome, it seems as if they put enough together as fast as they could so we could move in. We've never had an issue with Maintenance fixing anything, its the communication between the office staff and maintenance that is the most troubling. Whomever is in charge of work orders did not even tell the maintenance staff about our kitchen sink problem until we found a worker and asked them about our work order. It will probably take them weeks to fill a simple maintenance request. I understand we aren't the only residents in the complex, but to get nothing when asked about our work orders, sometimes not even a call back when left a voicemail, is ridiculous. Can't wait to move!

Needs new management

Staff especially the management themselves are extremely rude, disrespectful, and noteably suspicious activity with questionable motives. They do not attempt to accomplish simple tasks in a timely manner. Lied during application process. Regardless, good value for the price.
