We welcome your furry family members! Cats and dogs are both welcome. No more than 2 pets per apartment. Dogs must be at least 1 year old. (No weight limit.) Cats are not required to be declawed. There is a one-time pet fee of $250, and pet rent is $35/month per pet. Restrictions: Certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include: akitas, chows, dobermans, German shepherds, Great Danes, huskies, mastiffs, pit bulls, Rottweilers and Saint Bernards. No rabbits or ferrets are allowed.

The preponderance of larger dogs and their owners failure to clean up after them diminishes the value of living here.

Overall I think the apartments are over priced. It is not a good neighborhood. I do like that I can't hear any of the neighbors, ever. Though I'm not sure how many of the apartment are actually occupied, but I am not complaining.
