Maintenance poor. response for to maintenance call poor. upkeep of property poor. broken fence panels never fixed, streets cracked with pot holes. I have lived here for going on 10 years and cannot have my old carpet upgraded to wood flooring. Close to $100,000 in rent and can't get $1500-2500 in flooring. Old linoleum in Kitchen and bathrooms is completely worn out. same 1243 rent promised is showing $1400+ due

Nice management & clean updated apartment

Tony was so nice and made me feel right at home day of move in. The apartment was clean and ready for me as planned! I’m very satisfied with my new place to call home. It’s been a couple days and I’m in love.
