Always room for improvement. But, overall great.
Great. But, some neighbors are way too loud. Some neighbors cheat & park in driveways that are not their own. We were promised last year that our front porch that desperately needed re-varnished would be taken care of before the end if summer, but it never was despite us even reminding them.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no
People in the office are great! There are people in the park that ride loud 4 wheelers and dirt bikes on weekends when management is not here. They ride until 10, sometimes 11 at night. Vehicles are driven thru the park with very loud noise coming out of their stereo speakers, they also speed thru the park with no consideration of children. Persons walk thru yards constantly with no permission, throwing candy wrappers, soda cans and water bottles at your house and in the yard.
