I have lived here for about a month now and am so happy! Moving from out-of-state was difficult but have had great help from Melanie and the staff! I love the apartment, the location is great, and am happy with our decision to live here. Only disappointment was moving in, the apartment was not totally cleaned. There was dog hair all over the carpet as if no one had even vacuumed. However, I can't complain too much because they were quick to come and fix any issues with our apartment upon move in. Overall, I would recommend the Aventine to friends!
