Living here i moved in with what was supposed to be aorking appliances…moved into it and my fridge wasnt working, and the apt owners/workers took 5 days to even talkt to me about my fridge, and then after those days, they took two weeks to bring me a working fridge. I had just moved from the east coast into this apt and knew nobody and had used all my funds in the move so i had no alternatives. They gave me no compensation for this, and only gave me a small styrafoam cooler (that couldnt fit anything) and two bags of ice to last me two weeks. Still havent fixed the hole in the floor ive talked about since ive moved in. My store doesnt work right and always burns the bottom of stuff and undercooks the top. After our singular washer and dryer (for the whole aot building) broke down it took them over two months to fix it, and instead of compensating residents for forcing them to go pay quadruple at a laundry mat, they took those two months to say they were getting us new machines. Cut to the end of the time period: they just took out the money collector for the washer and kept the old ones for us to use, so we got nithing out of it. They also only give you a two day warning for vendors and workers to come and work on yoyr apt but they also give you time frames for the vendor to get there and the vendors either never show up, or they arrive way past the time window the apt people give you. Numerous people in our building complained about the front door not unlocking and it took them two weeks to somewhat fix and my key srill gets stuck. Only street parking and its for the entire neighborhood so god forbid someone has a party or its a holiday cause you wont find ant parking. They raised the rent with the new owners too and its really not worth the price. Im going to move as soon as my lease ends because of all the issues and lack of compensation from this apt building, its a cool historic building but owners do not take care of it well. Not well mentained. 3/10 stars
