Living

Nice place but someone keeps leaving the auto locking front door propped open. I get when someone is trying to move in, move out and bringing groceries in, but it’s ever single day this is happening, for several months now. I like security of the auto locking main door. Also there is a tenant that thinks his front door in the building is his/her personal porch. Wish the landlord would do something about it.

North Gate Review

Parking can be a pain, I don't get parking in front of my building. Once in every two weeks I get lucky. The apartment has everything I need amenities wise. Maintenance responds very quick and they guys get things fixed asap with a good attitude. I haven't had any issues with the front office staff, they have always listened and responded, ready to take care of anything I may need. The Value is a 4 star because I know there are other apartments that have higher quality, prices are very fair right now but they have not been in the past. Great location not too far from Walmart and 5 min drive to downtown. Noise is a minimum, I didn't even know I have upstair neighbors.

Review of complex in entirety

The staff in the office especially Sarah have been incredibly helpful from start until now and maintenance is reasonably timely and very courteous... parking is the only issue we have had so far!

Quality decreases yearly

They have hiked the rent every year and continue to provide less every year. I’ve lived here 3 years and they haven’t done anything to fix the parking situation. Security doors are just left wide open to let any criminal walk right into the building. Buildings get damaged and just left never to be fixed.
