I have lived in the townhouse for 3 years. It had very used carpet. I feel like an upgrade is needed, but unfortunately won't get one unless I move out. I have see carpet replace twice to the neighbor on the left of me( I assume for bad pet behavior) but still. My flooring downstairs rips where there the floorboards aren't even.

We have lived here just over 2 years now and its been great. Management is always nice when communicating when needed.

If you don’t care if things get repaired, this is an ok place to live. My microwave has been broke since before Thanksgiving 2021. One of the showers have been broke since October 2021.

You can tell that the townhouse was built very quickly. There are things that break/crack often. Time for carpets to be replaced, but I am sure the tenets that are in them now will be blamed. Sometimes people play their music loud enough for you to hear streets away. It is set up like a nice neighborhood. I see the kids all playing together in the summer.
