Safe place to live

Henry and Heidi have made this apartment home a safe and enjoyable place to live. The automatic doors make it easier for tenants to enter and leave the building. The laundry rooms are kept clean and machines are well maintained. I feel comfortable talking to Henry and Heidi about any questions I have pertaining to the apartment and leasing. I have found them to be very personable. I have lived here 5+ years any concerns I have are dealt with in a timely manner. I recommend this apartment building for your next home.

Excellent Management

I have lived at Cherry Creek for 5+ years. Apartments are good size with large bathrooms and walk in closets. Lots of kitchen cupboards and love the island with extra plug ins. Any issues arising with appliances are taken care of in a timely manner. The elevator is handy and is kept in good working order. Public areas are kept clean. There is an onsite gym for residents with assorted equipment. Community Room is available on first floor. Management is super to work with and available at all hours. Manager was even here on Easter Sunday! I like the security cameras - feel safe here. Residents are friendly. Apartment building location is close to a Wellness Center, clinic and hospital. I truly enjoy my apartment home.
