There is a lot to like. The grounds are properly kept. The staff is friendly, if not much help. My shower wasnt properly fixed up when i moved in and they had to call somebody else in to work on it. They did get it though, so there is that. The parking is abysmal with one line bordering on someone's driveway lol. You can't make some of this stuff up. Ye redid his driveway last year and it literally took up the only exit from the parking strip. That made for an awkward situation lol. The location is next to a fairground. It is mostly unused during the year but the few events that they do have leave the place packed all around. I also didnt have to buy a ticket to the concerts at all lol.
