Unhelpful Management

Management staff is very slow about producing notices. I was given a paper notice dated for November 28 (Thanksgiving day) but did not see it on my door until November 30. I was unable to inquire about the notice because the management cannot be contacted from Nov 28(Thursday) to Dec 2(Monday). Since the first of every month is an important date for renters, this is a terrible time frame to post a notice. The management should have known that. Perhaps the management did know that. I feel wronged. I do not feel like the management is here to support or help me. I feel as though they are trying to make payments and leases as difficult as possible to spur as many fees as possible from me.
