Parking is a daily struggle, and heat is through the roof in the winter. But love the unit and location. Very helpful staff when need maintenance.

The property is worth the rental price. The dakota commercial employees are unpleasant to deal with.
Solid apartments
Parking is not great, and of course the train is loud. Apartmets are very unique and have a lot of character. No real amenities either.
