One of the Best

I came back to this very same place (even the same UNIT now) when I needed an apt again after life changed a bit. I came back to this building because it's in a perfect spot, staff were always friendly and prompt, maintenance was always quickly addressed when needed, the washer/dryer is IN unit, and pets are accepted. I have not regretted my decision as I knew I wouldn't. I LOVE AV and PRG. Thank you all for what you do, provide, and how you handle things.

Good apartment, Bad management

Aside from damages that should have been fixed/replaced before moving in, the apartment is nice. The staff lie, don't do what they tell you they will do, make things up as you go that are not on the lease, maintenance is not very good.

Life with Amber

We enjoy being residents here. We do feel the hallways often don't smell great and snow removal near building entrances could benefit from a little extra care but overall great

Amber valley Review

The apartments are very decent. Other than some noise from kids in the halls there are no disturbances. The maintenance are very quick and finish their jobs first try.
