Maintenace is non existent and is hazardous in the winter .

Maintenance is zero! No response to issues and maintenance requests. The property - sidewalk abd driveway are always icy! And is a hazard as maintenance is denied. The parking lot is ignoted, plowed late if at all and no maintenace of ice that allows falls! This is a hazard and will cause additional accidents that will harm the renters.

Not adequate parking, the apartments need serious updates, the patio door never locked, loud neighbors with large dogs that don't clean up after them, impossible communication with management, I did majority of snow removal, the list goes on.

The parking lot and the sidewalks need to be cleaned as soon as possible and properly attention to the ice on the walking areas. It is not acceptable that the plowing and maintenance is not completed in proper time. Also, last spring there was a severe water issue in the hallway and laundry room. It was not cleaned or wash for weeks. I’m assuming this issue will happen again this spring with the extra snow this year. I’m concerned the severe water issue will occur again and ignored like last year.

Unable to reach anyone to fix anything. Haven't had a lock on my patio door since I moved in a year ago and I'm on the first floor.s
