Not worth what you're paying

The rent needs to be lowered back to 600 because nothing gets fixed, the apartments look run down, ambulance and police are always there

I been living here for a year now and at first things wasn't great they were in process of changing management.. But after that i think it's been a good place to live

Price isn't equal to what you get

Living here is fine. It's quiet and everyone is nice but the apartments themselves aren't worth $700 a month
