Fantastic Riverside Location

WE love living here. Close to the Arts District and the downtown area. The Riverwalk is a major bonus. Krista, Ra-Un and Shelby are wonderful! Great value for the area. Construction will be completed in Fall, but overall, not a deal breaker. We have enjoyed it and will continue to enjoy it more when we are allowed to move freely from Covid Lockdown. Krista and the staff have done a great job of making sure that things are cleaned and sanitized keeping everyone safe. Bummer that we can't use more of the common spaces and gym- as they are AMAZING- but that's the Gov mandate, and they are KEEPING US SAFE by monitoring these areas closely, or having them closed for the time being. Great Luxury living!!

Great location!

It's awesome location--walk the riverwalk to downtown or head up to Brooklyn Arts district. Still pretty quiet and out of the fray. Good amenities that are mostly well taken care of. Maintenance is always quick, professional, and friendly. Super pet friendly. Mgmt could pay a little more attention to the details. Neightbors are the only real negative here--while people are friendly they are often inconsiderate leaving their pet waste or worse, letting them go indoors (public spaces), they're loud in hallways and community spaces, leave trash in places for maintenance to clean up, and park/drive like they're the only ones on property.

Still pinching myself

I moved here almost 3 months ago and am loving life at Sawmill Point! This is a beautifully maintained community with every amenity. They thought of everything! The staff are exceptional. Always cheerful. Always eager to help in any way. And I mean all of them! Residents are social and supportive of one another. I've made many new friends and knew no one when I arrived. There's always something going on along the River Walk. But if all you want is a quiet evening at home, you can have that, too. Frankly, it's hard to leave home and miss one of those spectacular sunsets. It's a million dollar view. Have I mentioned that my dog loves it here, too? Thumbs up Bell Properties. Sawmill Point is a great place to call home!
