If you are looking for an apartment in a great locatikn, then this is the one. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Staff is nice and friendly. The only thing stopping me from giving this review a perfect 5 star is the the parking. There is visitor spots, but now since they got rid of the tow/book service, visitors have been parking everywhere.

Great complex but parking is a nightmare!

A great living experience all around, with the exception of the parking situation. Since the restaurant has opened on the premises, parking in the lots often involves a very long walk to the building, particularly for the 1033 residents.

Great place to live with great staff

I love living here, the apartments are big and spacious. The parking is awesome and very close to the beach. The amenities are great but the fireplace and grills could be better taken care of. The front desk staff that's Kris, Andy, and Syndney are absolutely amazing and so are the maintenance staff Keith and Erica. I love living here. The ceilings/floors are a little thin at times especially since the apartments are dog friendly.
