Wonderful Place

We moved in during the hurricane and the staff worked hard to get us in during that difficult time. Turns out the staff has helps us through a lot of difficult times(not related to the apartment) and the maintenance staff comes immediately, acts professionally to fix anything that has gone wrong. The area is beautiful and the grounds look manicured. We love the floor plan and the concrete floors. It was extremely clean when we moved it as well. I would definitely recommend moving here...a different kind of apartment home where the tenant comes first and the amenities are well above average!

Having recently moved to HATS, I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding caring and support shown by all of the HATS staff, from the office personnel to maintenance personnel.
