Maintenance is top-notch!

I just moved here from Missouri...right before the winter storm. My window unit was running continuously, cold air was coming in, and you could see through to the outside. Mike the Maintenance Man came to help and did a great job! My dog also tried to sit on his lap the entire time and he didn't mind at all. :) Thanks, Mike!

The best maintenance team ever!

What else can I say ever since I moved here the maintenance team of Hawthorne has been taking care of me left and right. I had a little discoloration on the walls and they were so quick to fix the problem. Alex one of the maintenance guys took care of me. He called me and explained what was going on. He took time out of his busy schedule to explain to me the steps that he was taking to make sure that everything was getting done carefully, quickly, and professionally. You can't ask for a better team. I highly recommend living here. If you ever want to be taken care of and treated like family this is the place you want to be.
