Peaceful, and Excellent location
I love it here. Granted its only been my first month, but so far it has been the most positive experience ever. We had some maintenance issues our first day, and they came at 9 am the next morning and fixed everything. Love the pool and grill area. Office staff is incredible to work with. Other residents are friendly and there is no noise!!!
Centrally located, nice low-key community
This is a nice, little community in a centrally located area of Wilmington. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The pool is nice and not crowded, though has been closed on and off for maintenance. The trash service is great. Cons: neighbors can be loud, people don't clean up after themselves (dog poop left on ground, trash in the grass/parking areas).
