Friendly Community

We are very pleased with our decision to make Waterford our home. Coming from another State, we were nervous. Waterford made the switch very simple and easy. We were surprised to find out before our move in that the apartment floors had been upgraded, beautiful! Erika, Amelia and Cristina in the office are all very helpful. The maintenance crew go above and beyond to help anytime. Can't wait to attend some of the fun activities they have in the community. Everyone is so friendly and nice in the community.

A wonderful place to stay

I absolutely recommend this location. The staff here is extremely polite, professional and personable. They work extremely hard to be welcoming to everyone. The girls in the office even rescue stray animals and go out of their way to see if the animal has an owner. They even offered to help me with my cat multiple times when I was out of town short notice. They are selfless, caring individuals and I have had nothing but a positive experience living here. They uphold a high standard of living here and ensure that it is comfortable, clean and welcoming.
