Im very pleased with the new manager (sorry forgot her name). Shes wonderful and on top things, friendly and quick. The location is great. Neighbors are nice. I do hope our parking lot will be fixed soon.

Es buen lugar poco ruido, no se inunda solo donde se parquean los carros necesita marcar el espacio para cada carro se estacione bien ademas actualmente hay hoyos en el estacionamiento que necesitan ser reparados

Thankful but Disappointed

We love the location and being centrally located to pretty much everything. Our Manager is sweet and hears us. We don’t like living in an apartment that is not worth the price we’re paying. We’ve been faithful tenants and do not complain or ask for maintenance much., yet when we do it takes a long time to get stuff taken care of. These apartments are very small and need much work. We don’t care about the market value we care about our home and what’s being handled here. I’m from up North and North Carolina is not comparable to New York and Connecticut. The grounds need more work, parking lot needs repair, and while we understand fully that our place can not be renovated while we’re in it, things should be getting done. My apartment was flooded and the floors were messed up and nothing (under the old management) was done to remedy the damage that was done (the flooring, carpet, etc). I had to remove mold that was growing on the walls, he (the manager) didn’t care and very well could be contributing to the serious health issues I’m having. Most of our electric outlets are bad…chords falling out, etc. I enjoy being here but much needs to be done. We’re thankful for the changes that have happened thus far and the peaceful environment, and appreciate the continued steps being taken to make this a better place.

needs to be renovated

the apartments are older. the parking lot needs to be paved. the people are calm though and the neighbors don't bother anyone. a roach here and there. still waiting on my ne appliances.
