Good to BAD

The laundry room smells like feces. It has needed deep cleaning for over 2 months now. The mold on our full bath ceiling got (Kilzed) over by a spray product. Not correct method and mold has already started to grow back.(That was from most current Maint. Order) Every time I've called the office and dealt with Camry, she's been rude to me. On last call, she stated she would have the Property mgr. call back and I never received a call. I had seen Camry on premises wearing pants that were so ill fitting that her gut was sticking out and her pink underwear were very visible as her pants did not fit appropriately. The last I checked, "office appropriate" attire doesn't coincide with "at home" attire. Who's checking who on decorum? You've got to be looking at a co-employee and think that something could or should be said in a polite way. Furthermore, dress policies are usually addressed in employee handbooks and common sense shouldn't have to be mandated to an "adult." I still have NOT been contacted by "property management." I called and spoke with Brittany as I would rather speak to her over unprofessional people. The noise has become a bigger issue with people and their vehicle stereos. The downstairs unit has been so loud from slamming things and yelling that on more than one occasion over the past weekend (8/21/8/23) I wanted to call the police because I could hear the noise in our upstairs easily. And our animals were freaked out by the constant disturbances. I do notice that people are trashing the parking lots as it appears that instead of them throwing the debris from inside their vehicle, they just litter the ground on the parameter of their vehicle instead. And it's very obvious what vehicle the trash comes from if it's done over night. People treat this place like a ghetto. Apparently, there's a reason why.

Constant turnover management

Pricey . They are constantly switching out their property manager and staff. Unfriendly staffs and can never get a straight answer.
