  • Pets allowed. We are excited to welcome your pets upon approval. We have a beautiful dog park and pet wash station at The Lofts at Strckland Glen. A $300 pet fee will be due at move in with an additional $200 pet fee for a second pet.  Pet rent is $25/month per pet. Two pets per household max. Our community does have breed restrictions: Doberman Pincher/ German Shepherd/ Pit Bull/ American Staffordshire Terrier/American Staffordshire Bull Terrier/ Rottweiler/ Chow/ Husky/ Alaskan Malamute/ Great Dane/ St. Bernard/ Akita/ Cane Corso. In addition, snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are not permitted.

Great, quiet place to call home

I have lived here 2 years and enjoyed my home. It is well kept, except for the broken gate. As of lately there have been more unresponsable tenants that don't pick up after thier pets. The apartments are great with open areas and lots of light. I highly recommend!!
