Very Noisy

It is extremely noisy many mornings. Grounds keeping begins well before 8 am. I have been woken up by the noise countless mornings after working late and it is extremely frustrating. There is also an issue with smells. The freight elevator often smells like animal urine and the fourth floor foyer and hallways often smell like old trash. Seems like those areas aren’t maintained well.

A Place Like No Other!

I feel with all going on or not going on at this time, this is where I feel I should be. Attention is given no matter what the issue maybe. The staff are dedicated to all for our safety, comfort, works with us. Impressive creative ideas for us to enjoy events even while a distance is a must. The Maintenance guys work only to find solutions to any situation with mask on face for all concern.
