Value

I love living here but for the small space, it’s not worth $1700+. I’m also not a fan of the “bulit in” mandatory expenses (trash, etc). $1400-$1500 would be much more attractive. Staff is super amazing. Maintenance hasn’t failed me yet. So yeah, it’s just the constant rent increases that frustrates me, especially when you’re a problem free tenant that always pays. You would think that they would let you keep the rent amount that you started with.
