PARKING CONCERNS

I am a resident that stays in building 2051. There seems to be a mechanic business being ran in the multi-dwelling unit that is causing major parking concerns. The mechanic takes up 3-5 parking spaces of disabled vehicles that he is working on which causes myself & other residents to park far away from our building or in front of the apartment complex. I even had an altercation with the "mechanic" after being told, I had to wait 15 minutes to park my car because he was towing a vehicle that was blocking parking spaces. This situation is causing extreme frustration. I even have pictures that shows how he/they occupies numerous of parking spaces.

ASK THE NEIGHBORS ABOUT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX B4 MOVING IN

I've been living here now for 9 years. With each management it gets worse; When the owners don't live on the premises, they honestly don't care about the property. Just as long as you pay your rent and on-time. I requested new carpet twice because the previous tenant who rented my apartment had two burn marks and we were told both times it's not unsightly. When my apartment was inspected someone forgot to put the undergarments back in the drawer where they found them. My daughter felt totally violated. The occupants are selling drugs right out of their SUVs. The breeze way reeks of marijuana. This "gated community" is now a project. I know I'm the only one paying this outrageous rent, because the previous management told me that. Hopefully I will find suitable housing when my lease is up.
