GREAT PLACE

I have been here for over a year and I have not had any problems so far. I love and take advantage of the pool as well as the gym. Parking has never been an issue for me. Maintenance is great as well. I haven't had any interaction with the new staff as I have not needed them for anything. The only thing I do not like is when renewing of the lease the rent goes up by well over $100.00.

Great Place to Live

Beachwood Park Apartments and Townhomes is an attractive, nice place to reside and is affordable, whether you are a single person, a couple, or a family with children. The neighborhood is quiet and very inviting. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The maintenance staff is especially helpful and prompt to take care of any issues that might arise. Newly renovated apartments are very attractive with wood floors, up-to-date appliances(stainless steel in the kitchen),and digital a thermostat(Nest) that can be controlled from a cellphone. The bottom line is, if you want to live in an apartment home - that really looks like a home - then BPA&T is definitely for you! I know I live here!
