I love living in tate commons. Great area, office staff is pleasant and helpful. What would make my experience at Tate better is for my maintenance concerns to be addressed. Also since I have been here for almost 3 years, i feel like normal ware and tear should not be at my expense.

Its ok the apartments are nice but some of the people are just lazy and disgusting and dont care to keep the property looking nice
