Bell properties for three years started the one in Bell Lake Norman, and Mooresville North Carolina. Great great place to live move to Matthews. We were promised a lot of stuff and didn’t get it till after about six months later of living there I did get a big promotion moving to Wildwood, Florida and we were going to transfer to the West Village so far the staff has been amazing there.

I help as I can.

I have lived here many years, and have seen multiple changes over time. I see the maintenance staff work hard, and I am grateful for all they do for me, including the office staff. I am sorry to say the amount of dog debris on the ground is disgusting, along with the amount of small articles of trash throughout the complex. Someone had an electric Grill behind a tree in the back of the parking lot behind my building with all types, of bottles, and trash. This was before the New Year. No one should be allowed to do these things at all. Thank You. I am grateful.
