Part II

The apartments are nicely maintained. Location for us is great, lots of thing close by and we are able to walk to may . The trash pick up is great and has helped with the mess at the dumpster and the smell in the summer time. The staff try to keep us informed. The only negative seems to be the rent and the yearly increases seem to be a little high. I understand all about needing to make a profit and rising costs ..... . I would and have recommend this place to others to live in.
