Fitness Room

Good Morning, I am a frequent visitor to the fitness room. In the wake of this pandemic and limited capacity it seems as though better precautions can be taken. The hand sanitizer is always empty. Why are the residents trusted to wipe down the equipment? Not everyone believes in being sanitary, nor to all share the same about the virus. It always smells in there letting me know that there is no disinfectant (lysol) daily. The machines are not wiped down. For instance, the ab machine next to the cubbies has the same coffee drippings that I have seen for a week. If you go to a gym the area is cleaned daily. Under machines, and the floor are very concerning. It looks as though it does not get vacuumed. Its a concern, this is a very stressful time. Working out is all some people have to gain relief.

Bexley at Matthews

It should have better amenities mainly for the price. My bath tub doesn’t work, only the shower and the oven, dishwasher, and fridge. As well as the cheap cabinetry, they could use an upgrade is not be redone. Parking is good as well as the staff. Though the new speed bumps are a bit much for lower cars.

Parking

The parking has become crazy all of a sudden. Maybe a designated area for work/utility vehicles may help. Also there are cars that don't work taking up space.
