Quiet area, older apartments
The apartments are old with updated appliances. The amount of money you pay is not worth it due to the fact there is no playground for kids and the apartments are so old that they are drafty from the out dated windows and door sealing. Maintenance is a joke.
It's ok
It's okay , I'm by everything I need , only thing is I asked for a downstairs apt when I allowed here 4 years ago , they haven't come fixed my flooring amd habe.been asked more than I can count including the ceiling that is leaking and I have to.put a bucket underneath it when it rains. This carpet is nasty and is causing my animal and me to break out I dont know if it's dust mites or what but I do know this carpet had been overdue for being removed .

I enjoy where I live
I enjoy where I live. Its mostly quiet, my only complaint is upstairs people need to understand there are people living below them when they wear heels, kids jumping and dogs barking, it echoes through the apartment. Neighborhood is fairly quiet. Office staff is super nice and maintenance is awesome. I think rent is a good price, comes with Internet and spectrum.
