I love the apartment, but could Def use upgrades for the rent I pay. Would like to know if there is any conversations regarding that. Other then that, you guys do a great job!!! Thanks!

Common Areas, and dogs to be leashed

Hallways and elevators are not maintained and frequently people leave trash and garbage in the area. Maybe have trash cans in common areas so people MAY use them versus throwing garbage on floors. Dogs need to kept on leashes as our dog was attacked as owner did not properly secure their dog on a leash. Our dog needed 3 visits with vet to address the wounds.
