for the most part living here has been pleasant but i have noticed that over the last year and a half much of the residence has begun to have issues that were not present before. mostly issues with trash and noise past certain hours.

Completely average

Resident for about 7 years. Heritage is a very average place to live, there's nothing that stands out as amazing about it. My unit does not have any pests, you can hear neighbors but they're usually not overly disruptive, maintenance will eventually fix things after you ask several times. The staff in the front office send lots of emails full of exclamation points, typos, and threats of fines if you don't follow the rules. But other than that there isn't anything seriously wrong to complain about. They slapped the word "luxury" on their website, but don't believe it, the only thing they excel at is being totally average.

Heritage Apartments

I have lived here a about a month and I have had no problems. We are close to the highway which makes it easy to get to places. The staff is also very nice and gets things done promptly when needed.

4yrsOnce the complex was sold to current owners there have been problems as no recycle collection from misuse by tenants A sign on the site to list not acceptable items might help to inform tenants to get a place to disposethrow recycles back into the system.
