Nice quiet community

I've been living here since 2016. There were problems but for the most part easily resolved. The Leasing Manager is kind and very respectful. She knows most of the residents. She walk the grounds. So if you walk around more like I walk my dog,, she knows you.. Maintenance usually get things done in an orderly manner. I hear things from other tenants about situations not being handled when told. But what I notice. It 1 Maintenance person doing most of the work. Rarely you see anybody else helping him. Maintenance requests that are immediate, will get done even if the Maintenance man have to fix the issue in the middle of the night. I feel safe here. The neighbors in my building keep to themselves and mostly family oriented. I'm here to stay until my lease is up because I'm not paying over $1000 for an apartment.

50 lb weight limit (2 pets allowed). We do not accept any aggressive breeds: (Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepard, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies or any mix thereof.) All pets must be pre-approved by management. We reserve the right to decline any pet or breed.
