The apartment itself is very nice, and the building used to be well cared for when the previous owners were in control. Unfortunately, the building is no longer cleaned or maintained. I'm embarrassed to have visitors walk past all the garbage and filthy floors in the hallways. I've addressed this issue with the rental office and the corporate office, but so far very little has been done about it. It's really a shame that some real estate companies feel like tenants are just numbers, and don't deserve a clean place to call home. Also, the maintenance people should act more professionally when they're inside an apartment; most people, myself included, have security cameras. Do better.
