This is a place to call home. People with heart working for

In the year I have been here all have worked to Try to make me safe and secure. They have made me want to enjoy my time relaxing getting to know the area with excellent mangament like Lisa office Help like Mae and newly added Lily I think the office is in for big things and the property as well. Then out on the grounds a great cheerful always glad to be at work and get your job done Maintenance man Todd makes living here not just a joy to the 2 legged residence but must say he has captured the likes of the hearts Of the four legged friends. This is one laid back hip place to live that is foo shur.??

They Have Thought of Everything

They really have left nothing out, from the pool to the work-out center, trash valet service, dog park, dog wash and the car wash areas. Most importantly the staff here always goes the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. Maintenance is awesome as well. The residents are extremely friendly too. I have never passed by anyone here who did not have a friendly greeting, so refreshing to be in a nice and safe community. To sum it up... We love it!

One Happy Resident

I moved to Watercourse approximately one year ago. I left the coast of NC and was not sure about my move since I had lived there for over 30+ years. Here I am nine months later and just love it here. It is like one big family here and all the neighbors are so friendly. All of the staff people and maintenance people are awesome. Maintenance requests are usually done the day of the request or by the next day. The pool area is well maintained and kept clean. It is so conveniently located close to churches, shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for an awesome bang for your buck, you will want to check Watercourse Apts out!!
