Not a happy camper!! Maybe I should just buy one!

I have lived here for over a year and for at least 7-9 months often moving in no manager on site..... no air, no heat .. my apartment floods and continues to every time it rains..Maintenence is virtually non existent.. no new lease provided ..but yet are trying to charge me month to month.. I like the apartment im in but the way business is handled is unacceptable..I have spoke with Wellington many many times without a resolve...I’m at the point of a lawyer..

Move in frustration

I like the location, its quiet and I like being here but too many things had or has to be fixed when moved in. The tractor fan and light to the stove isnt even connected, I been waiting almost 2 weeks to put freon in the air conditioning unit , one excuse was it wasnt 80 degrees yet like if I cared. I like to have my air on I dont like the heat. The fan in the bathroom still doesnt work. The bathroom doors don't close correctly. It's so much that they gave me a paper to fill out all the stuff that is wrong and I didnt feel like it because it was senseless. The reason I'm complaining is I just moved here this month and everything should of been fixed and checked before someone moves in and also I hate calling people. Because another thing is they dont call you to give you updates, nor emails I been calling them frequently.
