Decent

People yelling in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Traffic from the road is a lot louder now too, since the road is busier. Valet trash and package service should be optional.

Great Staff

We've lived her for about 6 months. The apartment is great but we've had constant issues with Silverfish entering the apartment and getting forgotten by the bug guys for months. Amenities are useful. Dishwasher always makes a weird smell in the kitchen when it's running that comes out through the sink even after extensive cleaning. Staff has always been really helpful. However I have a garage and the price is higher than anywhere else in the area. Which is fine except there are so many access holes in the walls we had a full sized black widow in ours the other day so we don't store anything in there.

We have lived here for almost three years, and have enjoyed the many amenities. The grounds are kept in excellent condition, and maintenance problems are swiftly taken care of.

I just moved here 1 month now and I must say the staff was really helpful in assisting me to transition here smoothly. They are really warm and welcoming. The property is well maintained and the fixture modern.
