Five Stars Is Not Enough!!!

Willow Run Apartments,Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am, with this established property and team. The location alone makes this property a desirable place to live. If you live here, you don't even need to own a car. Everything is within walking distance! Especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Ms.B she is has a excllent personality and always what to answer questions reguarding the property.Also the maintenance team is always on hand when something needs to be done.They also do a great job at keeping the property clean.The staff made me feel at home for my family and I. Willow Run Staff has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you choose to rent from this property managment.

Maintenance

I have a complaint with maintenance I was out of town from November 4,2019-December 1.2019 came home to lights on and heat on spoke to property manager she informed me that maintenance was in the apt doing work in there the Wednesday November 27,2019 so the heat and lights was on for 5 days for 24 hours I should be compensated for this it Should go towards my electric bill I received my bill and it was higher than usual
